A recurring challenge for me as a Learning and Development professional has always been where to go for high quality courses I can not only deliver, but host on my LMS quickly, with a minimum of effort and at a reasonable cost.
Yes, I can get courses from my LMS vendor, or I can subscribe to service, but what happens when they “update” the course or even remove it altogether? What if the updated version leaves out a key topic or introduces one I don’t want? What if the service is discontinued? What if we change LMS vendors and not longer have access to the course?
Granted, none of these things is the end of the world, but each one constitutes one more thing to keep track of, and frankly, I don’t need that.
Going on the theory that I am as unique as I’d like to think, I decided to launch North Forth Learning as supplier of ready-to-go e-Learning. Each course comes with:
